Nervous!!

I'm going out of town tomorrow to meet up with my boyfriend while he's on tour and it will be my first time back on a plane since this last February when 2 days later 

I ended up in the ER!

 I'm sooo nervous to fly because of my vertigo and my inner ear disorder : ( 

I'll definitely document this trip and take you guys with me in other words do a blog post about my trip when I get back as asked from many of you who follow me!! 

Pleasssse keep me in your prayers that I have a safe trip and that I do well on the plane!!!

NEW Healthy Fav!!!

SKOTIDAKIS 

JALAPENO YOGURT DIP :) 

My sister introduced me to this wonderfully yummy healthy / 0 trans fat dip!!! 

It's made with Strained Greek Probiotic Yogurt!! It says it's 'Mild' but I do think it's a tad bit spicy! 

Now, I'm a bit of sissy when it comes to spicy food..hehe! So, if you're ok with Mild then you'll be fine with this stuff!! It's made with all natural ingredients which I love!! And I found it at Costco :) 

You can use it as a dip with Vegetables, Pita Bread or Pretzels!!

As a Salad Dressing...

As a garnish on a turkey/chicken/veggie burger, sandwich or wrap...

It's on 50 cals for 2 tbsp...2g Carbs & 0g Sugar!!

This Dip/Spread is amazzzzzzing!!! I LOVE IT!!!!

I keep forgetting to blog about this...

I HAVE to share with you all one of my all time fav cupcake places! I consider myself quite the cupcake connoisseur..hehe!! I've tried A LOT of different cupcake bakeries all over 

LA, OC, Inland Empire,Vegas, NYC and the list goes on :)

One of my all time favs is Cupcakes Couture of Manhattan Beach!!

 I love the decor, I love that they actually have a lil sitting area where you can veg out and enjoy your cupcake OR you can take a lil stroll down to the beach that is literally right across the street :)

 Their cupcakes are delish! I'm a frosting girl...Butter cream ALLL the way! I'm known for just eating the frosting and not touching the cake part..hehe!! BUT their cupcakes are sooo good that I eat the cake part as well... I can't not, it's so moist and some have a filling..helllllo more frosting :)

OMG I just found out from a trainer friend of mine, it's finally here!!!

Love it!!

I was at Forever 21 the other day and saw this necklace laying by the shoes! Someone, clearly just threw it there, it didn't look all that great in a heep, but I decided to try it on and I LOVED it! 

I love the fancy bling, but it has a thick chain that makes it versatile and can be worn casual as well :) 

It reminds me of a Dolce and Gabbana necklace I've seen, BUT this one was only $9.80! 

My quick Vegas trip!!

Sorry, it's taken me a lil while to post these pics!! I had a lot of you write and ask that I do a blog pic post on my quick Vegas trip! If you follow me you know I was just there with the BF for his work!! It was quick and not all that exciting..lol! Sorry, I didn't get a lot of pics, I'll do better next time :)

We headed to Vegas in the late afternoon/early evening.... gorgeous desert sunset!!

 The BF and I both have family in Vegas so we stayed at the BF's Aunt's the 1st night, this pic above was taken in her house!

That next morning we went to The Pancake House at Green Valley Ranch for breakfast! I had fresh Strawberries and Egg Whites :) 

Sooo much for the healthy breakfast because for lunch I decided to splurge and have a cupcake :) 

We headed to the strip and stayed at The Palazzo!

Before we hit the road we stopped at Coffee Bean & I got a Tall Decaf NF Iced Vanilla Latte and I added a lil Stevia(I carry pks in my purse..haha) 

I really wish Coffee Bean and Starbucks would get on the Stevia bandwagon..lol!!

Then we headed home :)
